What to Expect in Your Remodel!

We walk you through every step of the renovation process. First, we will schedule a time with you to take a look at your home improvement project. Then, we will gather your information and send a detailed estimate explaining the work that will be done. Our estimates include the purchase of mid-grade, construction materials. Upon your approval of the quoted price, we will send a spreadsheet with the finish materials that you will need to pick out. Once you complete the spreadsheet and return it to us, we will ensure that all of the products you selected are available and we will create a final material list for you to review. Additionally, we will be sending a Service Agreement with the final cost of your project. Once all of this is approved by you, we will send the request for your down payment. This secures a specific date on our schedule. In the meantime, we will order all of your products and ensure nothing is damaged. As the day nears to start your home renovation, we will communicate with you when we will be there and how long your project will take. Like all good things, it must get worse before it gets better! Demolition and prepping the surface for utilities is first; however, in just a few days drywall will be hung, and you will be able to see your dream turn into a reality! Upon completion of the work that was agreed on, we will send the request for your final payment. Our job will be completed, and you can enjoy your new living space!
